AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-
463, the Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Research and 
Development (ORD), gives notice of a meeting of the Board of Scientific 
Counselors (BOSC) Human Health Subcommittee.

DATES: A teleconference call will be held on Friday, February 27, 2009, 
from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. EDT. The meeting may adjourn early if all 
business is finished. Requests for the draft agenda or for making oral 
presentations at the meetings will be accepted up to one business day 
before each meeting.

general, each individual making an oral presentation will be limited to 
a total of three minutes.
    Proposed agenda items for the teleconference include, but are not 
limited to: Subcommittee discussion of the first draft of the report on 
ORD's Human Health Research Program. The meeting is open to the public.
