Second Plenary Meeting, NextGen Mid-Term Implementation Task 
Force

AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.

ACTION: Notice of NextGen Mid-Term Implementation Task Force meeting.

SUMMARY: The FAA is issuing this notice to advise the public of a 
meeting of the NextGen Mid-Term Implementation Task Force.

DATES: The meeting will be held March 4, 2009 starting at 9 a.m. to 12 
p.m.

is hereby given for a NextGen Mid-Term Implementation Task Force 
meeting. The agenda will include:
     Opening Plenary (Welcome and Introductions)
     Welcome and Introductions
     Work Group 1 Status Report and Planned Activities
     Work Group 2 Status Report and Planned Activities
     Review of NextGen TF Report to ATMAC on March 5
     Discussion and Next Steps
     Closing Plenary (Other Business, Document Production, Date 
and Place of Next Meeting, Adjourn)
    Attendance is open to the interested public but limited to space 
availability. With the approval of the chairman, members of the public 
may present oral statements at the meeting. Persons wishing to present 
statements or obtain information should contact the person listed in 
the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section.
    Members of the public may present a written statement to the 
committee at any time.
