Take notice that on July 1, 2008, the City of Riverside, California
and the California Parties submit their Joint Compliance Filing in
response to the Commission's June 4, 2008 Order, San Diego Gas & Elec.
Co., Order Approving Settlement Subject to Condition, 123 FERC ] 61,242
(2008) (June 4 Order).
Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to
