Kentucky; Amendment No. 2 to Notice of a Major Disaster 
Declaration

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the Commonwealth of Kentucky (FEMA-1818-DR), dated February 5, 
2009, and related determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: March 9, 2009.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the Commonwealth of Kentucky is hereby amended to include the 
following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely 
affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his 
declaration of February 5, 2009.

    Anderson, Ballard, Barren, Bath, Bourbon, Boyd, Boyle, Bracken, 
Breathitt, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Butler, Caldwell, Calloway, 
Campbell, Carlisle, Carroll, Carter, Christian, Clark, Crittenden, 
Daviess, Edmonson, Elliott, Estill, Fayette, Fleming, Floyd, 
Franklin, Fulton, Garrard, Grant, Graves, Grayson, Green, Greenup, 
Hardin, Harrison, Hart, Henderson, Hickman, Hopkins, Jackson, 
Jefferson, Jessamine, Johnson, Larue, Lawrence, Lee, Lewis, Lincoln, 
Livingston, Logan, Lyon, Madison, Magoffin, Marion, Marshall, 
Martin, Mason, McCracken, McLean, Meade, Menifee, Mercer, Metcalfe, 
Montgomery, Morgan, Muhlenberg, Nelson, Nicholas, Ohio, Oldham, 
Owen, Owsley, Pendleton, Powell, Robertson, Rockcastle, Rowan, 
Scott, Shelby, Spencer, Todd, Trigg, Union, Warren, Washington, 
Webster, and Woodford Counties for Public Assistance [Categories C-
G], (already designated for debris removal and emergency protective 
measures (Categories A and B), including direct Federal Assistance, 
under the Public Assistance program.
    Boone, Casey, Gallatin, Hancock, Henry, Kenton, Simpson, Taylor, 
Trimble, and Wolfe Counties for Public Assistance.
