SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the State of Alabama (FEMA-1908-DR), dated 05/03/2010.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and 
Flooding.
    Incident Period: 04/24/2010 through 04/25/2010.

DATES: Effective Date: 05/03/2010.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/02/2010.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/03/2011.
