May 6, 2010.
    Take notice that, on May 3, 2010, NASDAQ OMX Commodities Clearing--
Contract Merchant LLC, NASDAQ OMX Commodities Clearing--Delivery LLC, 
and NASDAQ OMX Commodities Clearing--Finance LLC filed a supplement to 
its filing in the above captioned docket with information required 
under the Commission's regulations. Such filing served to reset the 
filing date in this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
