Review SkyTerra submission of modifications to draft ATCt appendix (SkyTerra). Status of ATCt filter development activities (Inmarsat). Status of Inmarsat SBB development and coordination efforts (Inmarsat). Discussion on new SBB documentation approach (Inmarsat/ LaBerge).
