SUMMARY: The
Commission will
consider a Notice
of Proposed
Rulemaking
seeking comment
on streamlining
the tariff filing
and formatting
process by
transitioning
from paper to
electronic filing
to reduce
industry burden
and promote an
open,
transparent, and
efficient flow of
information.
