September 24, 2010.
Take notice that on September 22, 2010, Cypress Gas Pipeline, LLC
(Cypress) filed a refund report in compliance with its June 11, 2010
Offer of Settlement Agreement (Settlement Agreement) in Docket No.
PR09-29-002 and the Commission's July 26, 2010 Letter Order approving
Cypress Gas' Settlement Agreement, issued in Docket Nos. PR09-29-000,
PR09-29-001, and PR09-29-002.\1\
