SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the State of Minnesota dated 10/15/2010.
    Incident: Severe storms and flooding.
    Incident Period: 09/22/2010 through 09/23/2010.
    Effective Date: 10/15/2010.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/14/2010.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/15/2011.

Primary Counties: Martin, Olmsted, Steele, Wabasha.
Contiguous Counties:
    Minnesota: Blue Earth, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, 
Goodhue, Jackson, Mower, Rice, Waseca, Watonwan, Winona.
    Iowa: Emmet, Kossuth.
    Wisconsin: Buffalo, Pepin.
