Take notice that on October 14, 2010, Transcontinental Gas Pipe
Line Company, LLC (Transco), Post Office Box 1396, Houston, Texas
77251-1396, filed a prior notice request pursuant to sections 157.205

section of pipeline. Specifically, Transco seeks to abandon, in place,
an approximately 10.3-mile, 12-inch pipeline (Supply Lateral) located

and filled with sea water, will be cut, capped and the pipeline ends
buried to the required 3-foot cover. Additionally, Transco avers that
the proposed abandonment of the Supply Lateral will not involve the
physical removal of any facilities, all as more fully set forth in the
application which is on file with the Commission and open to public
inspection. The filing may also be viewed on the Web at http://www.ferc.gov using the ``eLibrary'' link. Enter the docket number
