The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. This information collection is required by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992. Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) will submit a proposal for a Designated Housing Plan (Plan) which is composed of information on their proposal to designate a public housing development for occupancy by elderly and disabled families. HUD will use the information in the Plans to evaluate a PHA's request for designated housing. DATES: Comments Due Date: December 3, 2010.
