Upper Peninsula Power Company; UP Hydro; Notice of Application 
for Transfer of License, and Soliciting Comments and Motions To 
Intervene

November 12, 2010.
    On November 1, 2010, Upper Peninsula Power Company (transferor) and 
UP Hydro (transferee) filed an application for transfer of license for 
the Cataract Hydroelectric Project No. 10854, located on the Escanaba 
River in Marquette County, Michigan.
    Applicants seek Commission approval to transfer the license for the 
Cataract Hydroelectric Project from transferor to transferee.
