SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania dated 11/15/2010.
    Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
    Incident Period: 09/30/2010.
    Effective Date: 11/15/2010.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/14/2011.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/15/2011.
