SUMMARY: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted 
the information collection abstracted below to the Office of Management 
and Budget for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements 
of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The submission describes the 
nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, 
the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources used by 
respondents to respond) and cost, and the actual data collection 
instruments FEMA will use.

DATES: Comments must be submitted on or before January 19, 2011.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: 

Collection of Information

    Title: Mitigation Grants Program/eGrants.
    Type of information collection: Extension, without change, of a 
currently approved information collection.
    OMB Number: 1660-0072.
    Form Titles and Numbers: FEMA Form--None.
    Abstract: The FEMA mitigation grant programs--Flood Mitigation 
Assistance, Severe Repetitive Loss, Repetitive Flood Claim, and Pre-
Disaster Mitigation--all utilize an automated grant application and 
management system known as e-Grants to apply for these grants. These 
programs provide funding to allow for the reduction or elimination of 
the risks to life and property from hazards. The e-Grants system also 
provides the mechanism to provide quarterly reports of the financial 
status of the project and the final closeout report.
    Affected Public: State, local and Tribal Government.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 56.
    Frequency of Response: On occasion.
    Estimated Average Hour Burden per Respondent: Benefit-Cost 
Determination, 5 hours; Environmental Review, 7.5 hours; Project 
Narrative--Sub-grant Application, 12 hours.
    Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 43,848 hours.
    Estimated Cost: There are no operation and maintenance, or capital 
and start-up costs associated with this collection of information.
