Date: April 14, 2010.
    The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on 
the subjects listed below on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, which is 
scheduled to commence at 10:30 a.m. in Room TW-C305, at 445 12th 
Street, S.W., Washington, D.C.
    In accordance with the purpose of the Sunshine period, comments 
submitted on blog pages in broadband.gov during the Sunshine period 
will not be considered by the Commission in finalizing the items under 
consideration at the open meeting on April 21.

                                                       certification
                                                       program.
