AGENCY: Defense Acquisition Regulations System, Department of Defense

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: DoD is making technical amendments to the Defense Federal
Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to correct the clause list
and associated clause dates in the clause ``Contract Terms and
Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders
Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.''

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: DoD is making technical amendments to the
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to add
Alternate II in paragraph (b)(11)(iii) and to correct clause dates in
paragraphs (b)(11) and (b)(14) of the clause at 252.212-7001, Contract
Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders
Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. These errors
occurred as a result of the final rule DFARS Case 2009-D012, published
in the Federal Register on December 29, 2010.
