Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Technical 
Amendment

AGENCY: Defense Acquisition Regulations System, Department of Defense 
(DoD).

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: DoD is making a technical amendment to the Defense Federal 
Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to add a mailing address

DATES: Effective Date: May 11, 2011.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This final rule amends DFARS by adding the 
full mailing address of the General Services Administration (GSA) 
Debarment and Suspension Official to the DFARS at 209.405(a). Under 10 
U.S.C. 2393(b), when a department or agency determines that a 
compelling reason exists for it to conduct business with a contractor 
that is debarred or suspended from procurement programs, it must 
provide written notice of the determination to the GSA Suspension and 
Debarment Official.
