Transfer of License, and Soliciting Comments and Motions To Intervene
December 29, 2010.
On December 10, 2010, HDI Associates V (transferor) and Sprague
Hydro LLC (transferee) filed an application for transfer of license for
the North Fork Sprague River Hydroelectric Project No. 6552, located on
the North Fork Sprague River in Klamath County, Oregon.
Applicants seek Commission approval to transfer the license for the
North Fork Sprague River Hydroelectric Project from transferor to
transferee.
