Grid Operations B LLC, Atlantic Grid Operations C LLC, Atlantic Grid
Operations D LLC, and Atlantic Grid Operations E LLC filed a Petition
for Declaratory Order requesting that the Commission grant their
request for incentive rate treatment and approve a return on equity for
their investments in the Atlantic Wind Connection project.
