Northeast Transmission Development, LLC; Notice of Petition for
Declaratory Order
Take notice that on April 6, 2011, pursuant to section 219 of the
Federal Power Act,\1\ Rule 207 of the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR
385.207, and Order No. 679,\2\ Northeast Transmission Development, LLC
filed a Petition for Declaratory Order (Petition) requesting that the
Commission grant their request for incentive rate treatments, as more
fully described in its Petition.
