                          Subpart D--Suspension
 
Sec. 1404.420  Scope of suspension.

    The scope of a suspension is the same as the scope of a debarment 
(see Sec. 1404.325), except that the procedures of Sec. 1404.410 through 
Sec. 1404.413 shall be used in imposing a suspension.
