    A Reference Hepatitis B Antiserum Panel shall be obtained from the 
Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, 8800 Rockville Pike, 
Bethesda, MD 20892, and shall be used for determining the potency and 
specificity of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen.
