Sec. 882.4200  Clip removal instrument.

    (a) Identification. A clip removal instrument is a device used to 
remove surgical clips from the patient.
    (b) Classification. Class I. The device is exempt from the premarket 
notification procedures in subpart E of part 807 of this chapter.
