                Subpart E--Tribal Land Acquisition Areas
 
Sec. 151.18  What tribes are eligible to apply for approval of a Tribal Land Acquisition Area?

    Tribes which may apply for approval of a TLAA are those tribes 
which:
    (a) Do not have a reservation,
    (b) Do not have trust land, or
    (c) Have a trust land base which is incapable of being developed in 
a manner that promotes tribal self-determination, economic development 
and/or Indian housing.
