(a) The head of the family unit normally receives the TWEP assistance payment. (b) The social services worker can designate a spouse or other adult in the assistance group to receive the TWEP assistance payment. The social services worker will do this only if: (1) The recognized head of the family unit is certified as unemployable; and (2) The designation is consistent with the ISP. (c) Where there are multiple family units in one household, one member of each family unit will be eligible to receive the TWEP incentive payment.
