Sec. 89.2  Admission to practice.

    Attorneys employed by tribes organized under the Indian 
Reorganization Act, shall be required to be admitted to practice before 
the Interior Department and the bureaus thereof, under the provisions of 
the act of July 4, 1884 (23 Stat. 101; 5 U.S.C. 493).
