A case may be commenced by filing a written petition within the following time periods: (a) Except as provided by paragraphs (b) through (d) of this section, no later than 45 days from the date of service of the SBA action or determination to which the petition relates; (b) In debt collection proceedings under part 140 of this chapter, no later than 15 days after receipt of a notice of indebtedness and intention to collect such debt by salary or administrative offset; (c) In applications for an award of fees pursuant to subpart E of this part, no later than 30 days after the decision to which it applies becomes final; (d) For 8(a) program suspension proceedings, see Sec. 134.305 of this chapter.
