Sec. 500.101  Composition of the Board.

    The Board consists of the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the 
Federal Reserve System, who acts as Chairman of the Board, the Chairman 
of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Secretary of 
Commerce.
