Sec. 375.11  Other foreign civil aircraft.

    A foreign civil aircraft other than those referred to in Sec. 375.10 
may be navigated in the United States only when (a) the operation is 
authorized by the Department under the provisions of this part, and (b) 
the aircraft complies with any applicable airworthiness standards of the 
Federal Aviation Administration for its operation.
