Sec. 737.51  Return of excess deposit.

    The Treasurer of the United States shall hold in his custody each 
advance deposit made under Sec. 737.50 until the fee, if any, is 
assessed and he is furnished by the Service with a statement showing the 
amount thereof and against whom assessed. Any part of such advance 
deposit which is not required for the payment of any fee assessed shall 
be returned to the party depositing the same.
