Sec. 738.42  Delivery of wool.

    Except as may be provided by law or by the regulations in this part, 
each warehouseman (a) upon proper presentation of a receipt for 
commingled wool and upon payment or tender of all advances and legal 
charges shall deliver to the lawful holder of such receipt wool of the 
kind, grade, quantity, and approximate shrinkage named in such receipt 
or in the grade certificate covering the particular lot of wool 
specified by the receipt, and (b) upon proper presentation of a receipt 
for any wool, the identity of which was to be preserved during the 
storage period, and upon payment or tender of all advances and legal 
charges, shall deliver to the person lawfully entitled thereto the 
identical wool so stored in his warehouse.
