Sec. 740.22  Return of receipts before delivery of nuts.

    Except as permitted by law or by this part, a warehouseman shall not 
deliver nuts for which he has issued a negotiable receipt until the 
receipt has been returned to him and canceled; and shall not deliver 
nuts for which he has issued a nonnegotiable receipt until such receipt 
has been returned to him, or he has obtained from the person lawfully 
entitled to such delivery, or his authorized agent, a written order 
therefor.
