Sec. 740.47  Weighing, testing, measuring apparatus; inspection.

    The apparatus used for determining the weight, quantity, or quality 
stated in a receipt or certificate shall be subject to examination by 
the Service. If the Service shall disapprove such apparatus, it shall 
not thereafter, unless such disapproval be withdrawn, be used in 
ascertaining the weight, quantity, or quality of nuts for the purposes 
of the Act and the regulations in this part.
