Sec. 741.38  Inspection of weighing, testing, and measuring apparatus.

    The apparatus used for determining the weight, quantity, or quality 
stated in a receipt or certificate shall be subject to examination by 
any officer or agent of the Department of Agriculture employed for such 
purpose. If the Service shall disapprove such apparatus, it shall not 
thereafter, unless such disapproval be withdrawn, be used in 
ascertaining the weight, quantity, or quality of sirup for the purposes 
of the act and this part.
