Sec. 741.50  Advance deposit.

    Before any license is granted, or an original examination or 
inspection is made, or reexamination or reinspection for modification of 
an existing license is made, or when the annual fee for the licensed 
warehouse is assessed, pursuant to the regulation in this part, the 
applicant or licensee shall deposit with the Service the amount of the 
fee prescribed. Such deposit shall be made in

the form of a check, certified if required by the Service, draft, or 
post office or express money order, payable to the order of the Service.
