Sec. 742.38  Grade and weight determinations.

    Each licensed warehouseman shall accept all cottonseed for storage 
and shall deliver out of storage all bulk cottonseed, other than 
specially binned or sacked cottonseed, in accordance with the grade of 
such cottonseed as determined by a person duly licensed to grade such 
cottonseed and to certificate the grade thereof, and in accordance with 
the weights of such cottonseed as determined by a person duly licensed 
to weigh such cottonseed and to certificate the weight thereof, under 
the act and the regulations in this part, and in accordance with the 
agreement regarding shrinkage as shown by the terms of the receipt or in 
the absence of such agreement in accordance with Sec. 742.30.
