Sec. 774.19  Processing applications.

    Applications will be processed until such time that funds are 
exhausted, or

all claims have been paid and the bankruptcy involving AgriBiotech has 
been discharged. When all loan funds have been exhausted or the 
bankruptcy is discharged, no further applications will be accepted and 
any pending applications will be considered withdrawn.
