Sec. 319.308  Tripe with milk.

    ``Tripe with Milk'' shall be prepared so that the finished canned 
article, exclusive of the cooked-out juices and milk, will contain at 
least 65 percent tripe. The product shall be prepared with not less than 
10 percent milk.
