Sec. 2570.36  Where to file an application.

    The Department's prohibited transaction exemption program is 
administered by the Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration (PWBA). 
Any exemption application governed by these

procedures should be mailed or otherwise delivered to: Exemption 
Application, PWBA, Office of Exemption Determinations, Division of 
Exemptions, U.S. Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue NW., 
Washington, DC 20210.
