Sec. 4002.2  Offices.

    The principal office of the Corporation shall be in the Metropolitan 
area of the City of Washington, District of Columbia. The Corporation 
may have additional offices at such other places as the Board of 
Directors may deem necessary or desirable to the conduct of its 
business.
