T to the outermost extent of the EEZ; thence northerly and westerly along [[Page 34]] the outermost extent of the EEZ and the Canadian border to the western boundary of Essex County in Vermont; thence south along the westernmost Vermont county boundaries of Essex, Caledonia, Lamoille, Washington, Orange, Windsor, and Bennington to the intersection of the Vermont-New York-Massachusetts boundaries; thence east along the Vermont- Massachusetts and New Hampshire-Massachusetts boundaries to the point of origin.
