(a) The St. Louis Marine Inspection Office and the St. Louis Captain of the Port Office are located in St. Louis, Missouri. (b) The St. Louis Marine Inspection Zone and Captain of the Port Zone are comprised of all of Wyoming except for Sweetwater County; Colorado; North Dakota; South Dakota; Kansas; Nebraska; in Arkansas, Boone, Marion, Baxter, and Fulton Counties; all of Missouri except for Scott, Stoddard, Mississippi, New Madrid, Dunklin, and Pemiscot Counties, and those parts of Cape Girardeau and Bollinger Counties south of a line drawn from the southeast corner of Madison County eastward to the point of intersection of the upper Mississippi River (Mile 55.3) and Union and Alexander Counties (in Illinois); Iowa; that part of Minnesota south of 46 deg.20' N. latitude; that part of Wisconsin south of 46 deg.20' N. latitude and west of 90 deg. W. longitude; that part of Illinois north of Alexander, Pulaski, and Johnson Counties, and west of Johnson, Saline, Hamilton, Wayne, Clay, Jasper, Cumberland, Coles, Douglas, Champaign, and Ford Counties and south of 41 deg.
