Sec. 401.14  Anchor marking buoys.

    An orange colored anchor marking buoy of a type approved by the 
Corporation and the Authority, fitted with 22 m of suitable line, shall 
be secured directly to each anchor so that the buoy will mark the 
location of the anchor when the anchor is dropped.
