Sec. 222.1  What is the scope of this part?


    The regulations in this part govern the provision of financial 
assistance under title VIII of the Elementary and Secondary Education 
Act of 1965 (ESEA) to local educational agencies (LEAs) in areas 
affected by Federal activities.
