Sec. 2.11  Picnicking.

    Picnicking is allowed, except in designated areas closed in 
accordance with Sec. 1.5. The superintendent may establish conditions 
for picnicking in areas where picnicking is allowed. Picnicking in 
violation of established conditions is prohibited.
