(a) Services to readers in the Motion Picture and Television Reading Room are provided in accordance with prescribed conditions of reader registration and use of the motion picture film, and videotape materials in the custody of the Motion Picture, Broadcasting and Recorded Sound Division. The use of such materials is restricted to the Motion Picture and Television Reading Room. (b) The professional staff of the Motion Picture, Broadcasting and Recorded Sound Division renders reference and filmographic services pertaining to its collections by telephone, through correspondence and directly to adult readers in the Motion Picture and Television Reading Room.
