Sec. 905.735-105  Designation of counselor.

    In accordance with 5 CFR 735.105(a), the General Counsel of the 
Corporation is designated to be Ethics Counselor and shall serve as the 
Corporation's liaison with the Civil Service Commission for matters 
covered in this part.
