Sec. 1250.39  Garbage equipment and disposition.

    Watertight, readily cleanable nonabsorbent containers with close-
fitting covers shall be used to receive and store garbage. Garbage and 
refuse shall be disposed of as frequently as is necessary and 
practicable.
