Sec. 810.100  Purpose.


    The purpose of the regulations in this subpart is to implement 23 
U.S.C. 137, 142(a)(1), 142(b), and 149, which authorize various highway 
public mass transportation improvements and special use highway 
facilities as Federal-aid highway projects.
